Graphite electrode impregnation system features:
(1) The impregnating tank, asphalt storage tank, asphalt pump, vacuum pump, preheating furnace, cooling chamber and other main single equipment used in the impregnating process need to be paired with pipes, valves, fans, instruments and other necessary components to form each relatively independent and interrelated unit operating system in the impregnating production of graphite electrode process. Such as carbon preheating system, impregnation asphalt preparation and storage system, impregnation tank system and impregnation cooling system.
(2) The impregnation of asphalt with carbon material must be carried out at a certain temperature. In addition to the full and uniform preheating of the impregnated carbon billet, the melting of asphalt, the storage and supply of impregnating agent, and the impregnating operation in the impregnating tank must be carried out at a certain temperature. Therefore, in the impregnation equipment system design, it is necessary to set up heating equipment and choose a good heating method.
(3) Vacuum and pressure impregnation are important process links in the impregnation process. The design of vacuum system, the choice of pressure mode and the equipping of pressure equipment are the important contents of the impregnation equipment system design. It is also an important basis for judging whether the impregnation equipment is advanced or not.
(4) Environmental protection equipment for asphalt flue gas treatment is an essential part of the impregnation equipment system.

The main equipment of the impregnation production system is the impregnation tank (autoclave), and other auxiliary equipment include preheating furnace, vacuum exhaust equipment (vacuum pump), pressure equipment (air compressor, high-pressure nitrogen container and asphalt pump, etc.), impregnation cooling equipment, impregnation injection equipment, residual impregnation discharge equipment and asphalt melting and storage equipment.
